  1. Information You Provide Directly
    • Email Communications: If you choose to email us directly or via our “Contact Us” button or link, we may collect your name, email address, and any other information you include in the message. We use Google as our email service provider.
    • Online Forms: If you choose to submit data through an online form or service, we may collect your name, email address, and other relevant information that you provide. We will use this information only for the stated purpose (e.g., responding to queries, keeping in touch, organising a demo, providing a service).
  2. Usage Data
    • We use Plausible, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies or track individual users across sites. Plausible provides us with aggregated usage statistics (e.g., page views, approximate geographic location via IP anonymization, and referral sources).
    • We use bunny.net to host our video content. Bunny.net provides us with aggregated viewing statistics (e.g., number of views, viewing time and approximate geographic location via IP anonymization).
  3. No Cookies
    • At present, we do not use any cookies on our website. Should this change in the future, we will update this policy accordingly.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Responding to Enquiries: If you contact us, we use the information you provide to communicate with you, respond to your enquiry, provide and improve our services, and provide support.
  • Analytics: We review aggregated usage data via Plausible and bunny.net to improve our website’s performance and user experience.
  • Legal & Compliance: We may also process your data when required by law or to enforce or protect our rights.

4. How We Share Your Information

  • Service Providers:
    • Email: Your email and any associated details will be stored with Google (our email host).
    • Site Analytics: Plausible provides aggregated site metrics; we do not share personal data with them.
    • Video Hosting: Bunny.net provides aggregated viewing statistics for videos; we do not share personal data with them.
    • CRM or similar provider: A customer relationship management system for form submissions, your data may be stored securely with that provider.
  • Business Transactions: If we sell or transfer part of our business or assets, personal data may be disclosed to a buyer or potential buyer, subject to confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal Requirements: We may share information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests.

  • Analytics: Both Plausible and bunny.net use a cookie-less method to track aggregated, de-identified usage data.
