How we work together

Proxima has worked with SCITTELS since May 2023.

SCITTELS is a consortium of schools in East London who work in close partnership to provide outstanding initial teacher training. In its most recent inspection, SCITTELS was praised by Ofsted for delivering “the best possible training”, with inspectors highlighting how SCITTELS’s “highly ambitious” curriculum “introduces trainees to a range of ways to reflect on and evaluate their practice.”

The SCITTELS team incorporates digital approximations within four Intensive Training and Practice units, related to behaviour, scaffolding, questioning and explanations. SCITTELS staff also use Proxima to develop trainees’ professional behaviours.
